• By default, commissions come with limited commercial use (such as use on book covers and promo).
• Additional commercial rights must be purchased based on intended usage.

FINAL CLAUSES:
• No commissioned artwork may be used in AI tools, NFT projects, or resale platforms without express permission.
• Each license is granted per artwork, not globally.
• I reserve the right to decline commissions that conflict with my values or brand.
• Commissioning me means you have read and agree to all terms in this document.
By commissioning {Leona Mila}, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Leona reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any updates will apply to future commissions.

• I reserve the right to refuse any commission.
• All artwork is SFW. I do not create NSFW or explicit material.
• I expect respectful communication. I will not work with individuals who are rude or disrespectful.
• Prices may vary depending on complexity, number of characters, and background elements.
• My artwork may not be used in NFTs or blockchain-related projects.PAYMENT & REFUNDS:
• The prices mentioned may vary depending upon the complexity of the illustration, portraits etc.
• Full payment is required upfront for orders under $100.
• For commissions over $100, I accept 50/50 payment plans.
• Accepted payment methods: PayPal (primary), Venmo, CashApp (upon request).
• Refunds are only possible before work begins. Once the commission has started, refunds are no longer available.
• If paying via payment plan, once the artwork is complete you will receive a watermarked low quality version. I will only send the unwatermarked final piece after the remaining payment is sent.REVISIONS:
• WIPs (work-in-progress images) will be shared for feedback.
• Minor edits during early stages are free.
• Late-stage or major revisions may require an additional fee.
• Mistakes on my part (e.g., missing design details) will be corrected at no charge.
• No price is set in stone and I will charge more for complex character designs.USAGE & COPYRIGHT:
• I retain full copyright to all artwork unless a buyout is purchased.
• Credit (“Art by @lmbookcovers”) is required when publishing or posting the artwork.
• The artwork may be used only by the original commissioner.
• I retain the right to display all commissioned work in my portfolio and on social media, unless an exclusive license is paid for.
